Vegan Hamburger Helper

The Chili Cheese style!!! I was so excited while making this and it's absolutely delicious!!!

I used boca crumbles, water/milk/corstarch for the sauce with chili powder and garlic salt, then towards the end I melted in some cheddar daiya cheese. Marc and I could eat this infinitely!
